HOW TO PREPARE YOUR PRESENTATION

• The presentation on plenary section will have 20 minutes, including questions. Thus you should prepare a 15 minute presentation. The idea is to be brief: introduce yourself, explain the main ideas of the paper. You should motivate the audience to visit your poster later. You can use viewgraphs or an electronic system such as Powerpoint. There will be appropriate equipment at the meeting.
• Poster sections will last at least one hour; you will have space of (approximately) 1 meter by 1 meter. You can prepare a more detailed description of your paper, with technical results, etc.
